The Freedom of Speech
Freedom of speech is a visionary concept that exists only in an utopian world.
Voices of freedom are bound to limitations which are determined by the authority in power.
Here in this painting, the freedom of speech is paragonized to inflatable ballons flying high in the sky but steered and controlled by the invisible authority on the ground.
The limitation of freedom is paralleled to the maximun verge of inflation beyond which the ballon ruptures, looses shape and dissolves in the air.
