Merchandise Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. Notify us immediately at email@example.com. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. To return your damaged item, please pack it in the original packaging and your e-mail order confirmation or packing list. Replacement merchandise will be sent once the return is received.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund on the price of the item. If you would like to make a return, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending us your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. Art cards and clearance items are not returnable. Merchandise must be undamaged and in original packaging and condition. Please enclose e-mail order confirmation or packing list with return. Insure all items over $100 for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
